Fabian Garcia installed the doors and openers they are LiftMaster 6690L I would recommend these openers. He did a great job installing the doors and openers . He did an amazing job installing and explaining the operation of my new garage door and opener. Ontrac is a fantastic company. We had an issue with our garage remote and the MyQ app linked due to the previous owner’s account. James from OnTrac customer service was very kind and quickly scheduled a technician for the next day.
The technician Cisco arrived on time and did an amazing job. He listened carefully, worked patiently, and never gave up until everything was fixed. He also checked the whole garage door, lubricated the parts, reprogrammed the system, and explained useful features and safety tips.

My On Trac garage door was installed in January 2019 but I didn't open/close the door very often because I had a truck that was too big for the garage. I now have a SUV that fits in the garage and, being that I'm Deaf, I decided that since I can't hear the motor and track wheels, I had better have the garage door checked out to make sure it is functioning properly. Jose Hernandez was my technician and he checked everything, applied lube and grease, tightened bolts, and added an extra support brace for the motor. I watched Jose work and he took the time to show me his materials and explain what he was doing. Jose made sure to speak clearly for me to lipread him, writing down a word or two when necessary. For next year's maintenance I'm going to request Jose!

Had a phenomenal experience with Ian. He came out and adjusted the garage track perfectly so there is no thumping when opening the door. He also replaced the wheels to longer pins to protect the garage door from yanking the shorter pins out… which then would’ve led to a very expensive fix of damaging my car. It’s good to know that Ian knows exactly what he’s doing. Def request him for help!!! Pricing was also very good hear too.

There was an issue with a spring but with some extra time it was completely satisfactorily resolved. I am completely thrilled with my garage door and highly recommend On Trac. Darren was our hero of the day. He was able to install this very small golf cart door that was part of an existing garage from the 1960s. there were a lot of issues that came up because of the construction that happened before the installation. But he was able to maneuver and make it work…. it was about 110° and he worked all through the day and checked in with Jose who had originally viewed the space and gave us the estimate for the Door. and knew about the preconstruction. Everything worked out beautifully.

The whole process from the initial consultation to the installation went smoothly. My old garage doors were over 30 years old, no longer opened and closed and the wood was falling off. It was an eyesore, and time to be replaced. I went through Costco. On Trac is a preferred vendor so I trusted I would receive a competitive price. I had a great experience with On Trac. I used them to install a new garage door opener. Their prices are competitive with other similar companies. The communication before installation was excellent - they even gave me a heads up when Trevor, the technician, was on his way. Trevor showed up right on time, worked efficiently and was very pleasant. When everything was installed, he explained all of the functions to me and didn't rush. I would definitely recommend On Trac.

Had service done 1 month ago. Was willing to get anything done, but the service man just it was a general maintenance. 1 month later the same issue was happening and they said the advice man recommended I'm the rollers had to be replaced. This gave them the reason to charge another service call. JUST ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND STICKS THE CUSTOMER WITH BAD SERVICE.

Wow. This company and Mike are second to none. From the first day I met Mike at his shop, I was wholly impressed. He knows garage doors, both functionally and stylistically. He came to my home and helped to make sure that my choice worked best with my house and decor. He was patient throughout the entire process. Installation of the doors went without a hitch. I called and asked about my garage door that was installed by OnTrac when my house was build. After 17 years and several torsion coils breaking, the logic board became illogical and broke the chain. I tried fixing but to no avail. I called and had David O. from the company come out and essentially tell me the logic board was fried and I needed a new garage door motor. He recommended a Liftmaster 81620 wifi. I was able to purchase it during Amazon Prime Day at a great discount and have David return to install it. I set up an appointment and few days later David made quick work of installing my new garage door opener. He was personable, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. I highly recommended utilizing OnTrac when needing to have your garage door serviced or replaced. Their pricing is fair and they standing behind the quality of workmanship they provide.

Our installer (Chris) was on time and quickly installed the new garage doors. Had one slight issue with some scratches on one of the door panels and the Chris went by the local On Trac office and returned with some touch up paint which matched perfectly.

On Trac was on point. My garage was not opening and closing good, the bottom had gaps. They came out and squared it off and what a difference it made. Garage looks good and squared away, the bottom sits flush on the bottom. They were on time and professional. I would definitely recommend On Trac.

The representative that I spoke with over the phone was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I left a voicemail outside of business hours and they called me back promptly once they were open again.

Jose Mejia was fantastic. He showed up a little early and that was great. He got right to work and the doors look great. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and left the garage cleaner then when he started working. He took away the two old (SOLID WOOD) doors and all metal parts. The doors themselves are exactly as we expected and they work flawlessly.

Jose called me 20 minutes before he would arrive and was ready to work on my doors. He discovered a very small break in one hinge and quickly replaced it. He checked all wheels and tracks and cleaned and lightly lubricated them and told me what to listen for or watch for in the future. Jose was very professional and friendly and efficient. I have been extremely satisfied with the way Jose and On Trac maintain my garage doors.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a large purchase. The salesman had extensive knowledge of the various products and was very informative. And a real good guy. He was a great asset for us when designing our door. Didn’t have to wait long, and the installer only took three hours to remove old door and install new one. Not sure how that could be possible. It was installed today and looks beautiful in the video my son sent me. He said it makes the house look “10 times better.” Can’t wait to get home and see it. In summary, every thing was first rate.

The Tech, Jose, is wonderful. Very patient and personable.
But the front desk, James, is awful. Couldn't find paperwork so I had to find my reciepts. When he gave me an email address to send a copy of the receipt that they could not find, he clains I had the wrong email. I followed his instructions.

I purchased 2 Liftmaster garage doors opener model # 98022 through Costco contractor Ontrac, first disappointment with Costco purchase in my 23 years history with Costco. I was recommended a new model with so much problems already found by other users, I paid almost double of the prices to Ontrac compared with Amazon/Walmart prices, it's $675-795 sold online, Ontract sold me at $1200!!! I paid $2400 for 2 plus installation fee total $3094. I trust Costco, I didn't check price when I purchased these openers from Ontrac, I thought Costco contractors are honest. I called Ontrac 3 times to fix the same problem in 3 months (with 1-2 weeks waiting time each time), it only work for 2 weeks each time after the fix. Ontrac technicians gave me different reasons about the problems, they even tried to convince me to change the springs, which I just installed a few years ago. But from what I learned from the reviews online, changing springs cant' help at all. Everybody has the same problem, it's the opener's problem! I will call Costco to ask for refund because I know this problem can't be fixed no mater how many times they come back, it really drive me crazy!

Promised me to buy the part from Lowe's or Home Depot and told me he will come back after one week and install the part for no more charge as he had charged me $399.00 for doing nothing.
I bought the part for $248.00 from Home Depot, He replaced the part and again demanded $399.00! After arguing with him and the secretary at their office, I paid again $399.00.
Home Depot told me they would have replaced the same part and installed it for around $379.00, including the cost of the part, the job which cost me total of $1046.00
They are not ethical. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very good experience! Got connected with On Trac through my Costco membership. They were the third company I had come out, and by far the cheapest. And not because any corners were cut, I think Coscto just holds these companies accountable and don't let them charge what they want.
We signed up with them when the person came out and gave us the quote. Everything went super smooth on the sales call!
Then a few hiccups.
We did custom order a garage door, didnt' seem too exotic, it was one of the wood grain colors they have, windows on the garage door, which are a standard option, but it still took 8 weeks to make the door. We were replacing a door that had a little run in with the bumper of a car, so we had a garage door in place, just not super functional.
When the gentleman came out to do the install with the garage door 8 weeks later, he did some measurements and determined that the sales guy did not measure accurately. He couldn't install the door properly, so they needed to take it back and trim it down.
Another two weeks went by, same guy came out to install and did an amazing job, just him removing a garage door and installing a new one... not sure how he did it, but he was super quick, super respectful of the property and our garage door looks incredible. Super clean install, where there were gaps on the old garage door, there are now flush seals, so I think we also don't have to worry about rodents getting in our garage again.

Super clean install, where there were gaps on the old garage door, there are now flush seals, so I think we also don't have to worry about rodents getting in our garage again.
Great door, great install, great price... ok turn around time. I'm still very happy with the finished product. 10 weeks from signing the contract (and paying up front), to install.

I just wanted to give an update about the purchase of our garage door with On Trac garage doors. We have our beautiful new garage door. The new door had a some scratches on the frames around the windows and On Trac contacted the manufacturer and those frames were changed out and it is so beautiful! Everyone involved from the sale of the door, setting up the measure, and install, and the installers were so polite, efficient, and through!

The installation went very well. The installer arrived on time; the doors look and work great. Our only complaint is that apparently the salesperson failed to communicate to the installer regarding certain unique needs for our particular installation. Thankfully this did not greatly affect the overall quality.

Every time I have my door serviced, which I do about once a year, I'm reminded that I'm glad I chose OnTrac for my door purchase. These guys always know what they're doing, and they show up on-time and they're efficient at their job. David did a nice job solving for a minor problem we had with our side-mount motor. While $200 for a service call is a bit steep, it's also not outrageous if done once a year to keep the door operating properly, and some of the maintenance we can also do ourselves. I've learned the hard way that keeping things like spring tension, open/close limits, and hinge/spring/roller lubrication in order are key to long door and motor service life.

OnTrac technician David showed up on time and upgraded the garage door rollers. He also made a few alignment adjustments to the tracks and tested them thoroughly. We were out of town and garage door opener broke with car stuck in garage. I called the 888 number from somewhere on Interstate 5. They made an appointment for 1 hour. Ordered my garage door from Costco. They sent Ontrac to install my door. My old door looked fine it was wood and wanted to update it. At no point did the salesman or installer tell me the frame was pitched on my door frame. They went and installed the door. And now it looks like this. I was told they can’t do anything because the door is level. That’s all they say is the door is level. Costco said they don’t deal with the companies that do the jobs sold in their stores. Very frustrating if I had been told of any issues I would have left the old door on that was fine. I even called within 10 minutes of the installer finishing and they never even sent anyone out to look at the door to see if they can do anything to help even after 3 days of asking for help.** Update I was finally able to have Costco contact these people and they came out to make the repairs but only after being contacted by Costco.

I would love to give On-Trac Garage Door Company a five (5) Star rating, but unfortunately, they allowed my initial order to fall through the cracks and nobody realized it until I called to follow up a few months later. I had to start from scratch and it was another two plus months waiting for the doors to be produced. However, once the doors were ready, the installation was flawless. The quality of the doors (and door openers) is the best I've seen and I'm a very happy customer. Too bad the initial order snafu stole the victory from them. I would recommend this company to anyone, just "trust, but verify" that your order was actually placed!

Although it was several weeks before they could complete the install, it was about a month or more quicker than we found elsewhere. I was referred to On Track by our homeowner association as other residents use them for garage door replacement. I will tell you I had an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the initial sales, to inspection, installation was amazing. The installer was on time, very neat and considerate of noise. Finished in the time frame he quoted, cleaned up when finished as if he were never even there. The customer service regarding billing and paperwork was done and completed in a timely manner. The whole entire process with this company was amazing. I would definitely refer them anytime.
