We had our garage door installed a couple of days ago by On Trac via Costco. They had the best price out there to suit our needs and did such an amazing job! We were so pleased with the work they did. I would highly recommend On Trac to my family and friends.

I went through Costco to get my garage door and they use On Trac. I am very pleased with the service I received. The installation crew did a great job and took the time to explain all of the functions and safety features to me. I highly recommend On Trac.

GREAT JOB Garage doors look great. Installers were on time, efficient, cleaned up and were very cordial. On Trac were recommended by Costco which is a big plus as far as i am concerned.

Overall I had a great experience with On Trac Garage Door. The intial call was for service of an old garage door opener and after examining all of my options it was obvious that I should replace it. The service rep was very knowledgeable with available products, which helped me make my decision easy. I chose an opener that is super quite, more horsepower and so far more reliable than my old one. The installation was quick and efficient. Thank you very much.

We loved our experience with OnTrac from beginning to end. Our sales rep was direct, honest, and gave us straightforward, open package-pricing with clear add on's as per my request. There was no "pitch" here, just asked me what we wanted and delivered what we needed. We scheduled installation within 10 days of confirming our order. The installers were prompt, timely, clean, and thorough--walked me through the whole system and were in and out in under two hours. We purchased the base line opener, and it is super quiet. Loved our experience with OnTrac.

My experience with this firm was great -- from the appointment with the sales representative to the installer. Everything was handled on a very professional basis. This was especially true with the installer, who made sure that we knew what he was doing and providing advise on insuring our proper use of the garage door. I can not say anything about their service because we have not had any issues with the door, although we feel a level of confidence as we have their lifetime warranty on the door and hardware.

My garage door spring went out on a holiday, January 2nd, which was the Monday most companies had off. Although, on trac was super busy, they kept in constant communication with me regarding my appointment. When the technition arrived the next day, the job was completely repaired in less than 30 minutes. Thank you On Trac!!

I am writing this review to express that I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided to my husband and I by this company. In particular, I would like to commend Dave Gibson and Jeff Miller. Both Mr. Gibson and Mr. Miller went above and beyond to make sure that our new garage door was installed in time for Thanksgiving. We truly appreciate the fact that even after we paid for the garage door they both did what they had to do in order to make us happy. As a result we are happy.

Also, the installer Marshall was very professional and did a great job.
We are so grateful that we chose On trac Garage Door Co. I highly recommend this company.
